Terms of Service for Cloud Services – Teranerd Private Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the cloud services provided by Teranerd Private Limited (“Teranerd”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

2. Limitation of Liability

Teranerd Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our hosting or cloud services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption. By using our services, you acknowledge that Teranerd Private Limited is not responsible for any loss of data, and you agree to hold Teranerd Private Limited harmless in this regard.

3. Data Backup Responsibility

While Teranerd Private Limited may provide backup services as a courtesy, it is not guaranteed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to regularly backup their data. Teranerd Private Limited encourages customers to perform independent backups to safeguard against data loss. Teranerd Private Limited shall not be responsible for any data loss, and the customer accepts full responsibility for maintaining adequate backups.

4. Backup Services

Teranerd Private Limited may, at its discretion, offer backup services as part of the hosting package. However, the customer acknowledges that these backups are not infallible, and Teranerd Private Limited makes no guarantees regarding the availability, completeness, or integrity of backup data. Customers are advised to independently verify the integrity of their backups.

5. Service Interruptions

Teranerd Private Limited endeavors to provide continuous and reliable web hosting services. However, the customer acknowledges that interruptions may occur due to various factors, including maintenance, hardware failures, or external attacks. Teranerd Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring the security of their website or data, and promptly updating any sensitive information. Teranerd Private Limited is not liable for unauthorized access or loss of data due to customer negligence.

7. Amendments to Terms

Teranerd Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zimbabwe.

By using Teranerd Private Limited’s cloud and web hosting services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
